PS Ventures Limited ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.fantasyfootballstatshq.com (the "Site"), the iOS app entitled ‘Fantasy Football Stats HQ’ (the “iOS App”). The iOS App can be installed on a tablet or smartphone (the “device”) This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site, the iOS App.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site and Apps, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information").
In order to comment on our articles we ask that you register and confirm an email address with us and provide a login password. We may use your email address to email you directly about the Site, the iOS App or but will provide an opt-out link. Your email address will not be visible on the Site, the iOS App or the Android App.
In order for us to understand demand for our iOS app, when the app requests a download of statistics data, we send a unqiue identifier known as a UUID. A new UUID is created on each install of an app and cannot be used to identify the actual user. It just gives us a consistent reference point to determine the number of unique users of our app.
The iOS app allows you to post to Facebook and Twitter directly from within the app. This uses the Facebook and Twitter account that you have registered with your device. The login credentials including username and password are handled by the native operating system of your device and so we never gain access to these.
Sharing and Disclosure
All comments made against articles on the Site, the iOS App are in the public domain. If we are approached by a law enforcement agency or are asked to comply with a legal process due to perceived non-compliance with any laws, we will use our discretion as to whether to provide the email address of the offending party. It is your responsibility to avoid the need for us to make this disclosure through your actions.
In the event of a merger or sale of the site, iOS App or of the owning company (a “transaction”), we will transfer the information detailed in this agreement to the new party after the transaction is complete or as part of a due diligence process in anticipation of such a transaction.
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").
